Contributions

The conference program will include invited lectures, oral presentations and posters. The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the authors will be notified about their acceptance and the form of presentation.

Oral presentation

The time allocated for a speaker is 15 minutes. It should take into account 3 minutes reserved for a discussion (12 min of presentation and 3 min. on discussion). Invited and keynote speakers are allocated 25 minutes including 5 minutes for a discussion.

Presentations will be uploaded on the day of the conference, 30 minutes before the start of each thematic session. Presenters should use their own organizational templates and provide electronic file in format „ppt”, „pptx” or „pdf”.

Poster presentation

There will be allocated time for dedicated poster sessions.

Printed posters should be handed over to organisers during registration. Participants will be able to order printing in Krakow for a small fee. In this case they are required to send final version of the poster at least 2 weeks before conference.

Abstracts and Conference Proceedings

A book of abstracts will be published on the conference website. Conference proceedings in form of an e-book will be published after the conference. All conference attendees are invited to contribute a chapter. Selected authors will be invited to publish their work in scientific journals.
